YouTube will tell you everything is toxic. Science will tell you something more useful: the dose makes the toxicity. This workshop is not fearmongering. It's the opposite. In this 90-minute workshop, you'll learn to separate real risk from fearmongering – and make informed choices without anxiety. What you'll learn: • The difference between a hazard (can cause harm) and risk (will it cause harm at this dose?) – the single most important safety concept • A short, evidence-based list of ingredients worth avoiding (it's shorter than you think) • How to use essential oils on your face safely – dilution rates, phototoxicity, and which oils to avoid • Why preservatives are non-negotiable (and what happens without them) • How to patch test like an adult What you'll take home: • A 15g face cream you made yourself • A one-page risk assessment card Beginner friendly. No prior knowledge needed.
